For the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money at this lovely, clean and well-equipped studio. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the space was surprisingly spacious. The location was quiet and close to the sea, with easy access to Brighton by bus. The staff treated us well and we would definitely stay here again!
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there had been some coffee provided. There was tea and sugar available, but bringing coffee sachets would have been a good idea.

I felt like a professional hiker and tennis player, even though I didn't actually do anything. London Gatwick Airport felt just a stone's throw away. Brighton Pier was practically in my backyard. So convenient!
Oh, how I loved hearing the owners move around and their lovely dog barking. Such sweet lullabies during my stay.

This studio was great value for money with an excellent location, just a short bike ride into the city. the studio was clean and comfortable, providing everything needed for a few nights stay. the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. the location was quiet and close to the sea, with easy access to local shops and amenities.
One minor inconvenience was the lack of a telly, which would have been nice during the darker evenings in winter.
